Step 1 — Initial response
Within one business day we will acknowledge your message and, if needed, ask a couple of qualifying questions so the scoping call is genuinely useful rather than a generic discovery conversation.

Whether you are at the very beginning of building a content operation or looking to restructure what you already have, we are glad to hear where you are and where you want to get to.

We keep the initial process simple and low-commitment — no lengthy forms, no surprise sales calls.
Within one business day we will acknowledge your message and, if needed, ask a couple of qualifying questions so the scoping call is genuinely useful rather than a generic discovery conversation.
A structured conversation covering your current content setup, team size, publishing frequency, tools in use, and the outcomes you are targeting. We do the listening; you do the talking. No pitch, no pressure.
Within three business days of the scoping call we deliver a written proposal: the recommended tier or custom scope, a clear list of deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. You review it, ask questions, and decide at your own pace.
“The onboarding process was one of the smoothest I have experienced working with any external agency. I sent one email on a Tuesday morning and had a scoping call booked for Thursday afternoon. The proposal landed the following Monday with everything spelled out clearly. Nothing was vague and nothing changed when the contract was signed.”
Deirdre Hanlon, Marketing Manager, Carlingford Foods
