What Is Included in Every Engagement

Regardless of tier, every Riverside Sterling project begins with a structured discovery session where we document your current tools, team structure, content velocity, and business objectives. From that session we produce a scope-of-work document that you sign off before any work begins. Revisions are handled in a single consolidated round per deliverable — no endless back-and-forth, no scope creep. All documents, templates, and dashboards are transferred to your ownership at project close. We do not retain access to your accounts after the support window expires unless you explicitly invite ongoing involvement.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For the Accelerate and Enterprise tiers we offer a 50% deposit at project kick-off and 50% on delivery. The Foundation tier is billed in full at the start given the shorter project window.

How long does a typical project take?

Foundation engagements typically complete in three to four weeks. Accelerate runs eight to ten weeks. Enterprise projects run ten to fourteen weeks depending on the number of channels and the complexity of existing tooling.

Do you work with teams outside Ireland?

Absolutely. Roughly 40% of our clients are EU-based businesses outside Ireland. All workshops and check-in calls run over video, and our deliverables are platform-agnostic. We invoice in EUR and are VAT-registered in Ireland.

What if we already have some pieces in place?

The discovery session is specifically designed to identify what already works so we do not rebuild unnecessarily. You only pay for the modules you actually need — tiers are a starting point, not a rigid bundle.
